He had made 46 appearances with Lajong and he scored 3 goals in the I – I-League. Soon after that(2018-19), he had a permanent switch to the Northeast United FC for a year contract. He had scored 4 goals from 35 appearances at Northeast United.
Thang had a good season with the Highlanders and he was a good performer for the Club. His efforts paid off only when he scored the first-ever goal for the highland against the Giant Bengaluru with a beautiful goal.
